Spacious room and delicious breakfast buffet. the room was clean and had plenty of space to move around. the buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from, ensuring that everyone could find something they liked.

Lack of air circulation in the room. the windows were bolted down, preventing any fresh air from entering the room.

The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, adjacent to the popular New Town Plaza shopping mall. This makes it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. Additionally, it is just a stone's throw away from the Sha Tin rail station, making it very easy to access via public transportation. The hotel is nestled in a quiet area, providing a peaceful and relaxing environment for guests.

There were some instances where communication between the staff members seemed to be lacking, leading to confusion and inconvenience for guests.

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in Hong Kong for my vacation trip. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even allowed me early check-in, which was greatly appreciated. The hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and a connected shopping mall. The daily room cleaning and complimentary water were great touches, and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from on-site. I also loved the unique half-indoor, half-outdoor pool. it was a wonderful stay.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable with three other small malls nearby, providing multiple shopping and dining options. It's also conveniently located near a bus stop, train station, and bus terminal. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the breakfast is delicious. There are several facilities available, including a great pool, steam room, and gym.

Some guests complained about the shower not being that good.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in Hong Kong, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. This place is conveniently located in the Sha Tin area, right next to the train station. It is also situated inside a big shopping mall, so you can indulge in some retail therapy without even stepping out of the hotel. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The staff at the reception desk and the concierge were extremely helpful and courteous, making my check-in and check-out processes a breeze. Additionally, the hotel offers a range of fantastic amenities such as free Wi-Fi in the rooms, a fitness center, and even a seasonal outdoor pool for a refreshing swim. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

Easy access to transportation for visiting attractions like Mong Kong, Central Hong Kong, and Disneyland. Delicious yumcha selection and yummy patisserie at the hotel's restaurant. Welcoming staff.

Rooms are in need of an update, as the decor is dark and dated. Limited access to the swimming pool, which closes early in the evening, making it difficult to use after returning to the hotel.
